Enpure has been confirmed as the main contractor for a £50m replacement of the Bellozanne sewage treatment works (STW) in St Helier, which serves the Island of Jersey and is operated by States of Jersey Transport and Technical Services (T&TS).

Under the US$10 million contract with the multinational mining corporation, BHP, Enpure was responsible for the process and mechanical design for the pre-treatment system in addition to the fabrication and supply of 20 pressurised Dual Media Filter (DMF) vessels for the Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant.
